now if your mom you know how hard it is to find formula right now I went to five different grocery stores to find the four cans of formula that I purchased now one of those four cans of formula that I did purchase is defective, and there’s nothing they can do to reimburse my purchase or send me a new can of formula. I’m so mad and disappointed with the customer service that I received today. I said can you please just replace the can for me it’s very hard to find in my area she told me no I asked to speck to a supervisor she told me someone will call me back within 1 day to 2 week time period. So today, Monday, February 6th 2023 I called Enfamil and I explain to them what happened and they told me that I need to ship the formula back to them I said absolutely gave her all of our info and she told me we will send you a five dollar off coupon only if you have proof of purchase. I took these videos with flash and the metal was glistening back at me. I mediately stopped and waited for my husband to get home to confirm if I was going crazy or not and if that was metal. This would’ve been the fourth bottle I made out of this can of formula.
On Friday night February 3rd 2023 I went to go make my baby a bottle of I AR took the lid off of the can and I see something glistening in the powder.
